Full Job Description

Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is searching for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team Emergency Planning, Resilience and Response (EPRR) team, where you will contribute towards keeping our services safe, prepared, responsive and resilient., The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Work closely with all Care Groups to ensure business continuity plans are developed to a high standard. This includes monitoring annual reviews, training and exercising of key staff.
  • Support development of internal emergency plans and procedures, ensuring key staff are trained and plans are tested to a high standard.
  • Assist with recovery and ensuring the Trust is a learning organisation by analysing lessons identified from internal and external incidents and embedding change
  • Represent the Trust and work closely with external partners in NHS England, our two ICBs and Local Resilience Forums (LRF's) to develop multi-agency emergency plans, training and exercise.
  • Support and monitor training compliance of on-call staff, including assistance with developing training and exercises.
  • Manage on call rota
