Emotional Resilience Nurse / Practitioner

The EHRT are integrated within the 0-25 Family Health Service providing advice, consultation, training and professional support for staff in the children's workforce to enable them to address, in the most effective way, the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people., You will
+ Work with CYP&F to develop strategies to ensure the emotional and wellbeing needs of the whole school population are identified and prioritised through resilience and health education programmes.
+ Facilitate effective collaboration between all relevant agencies and services to identify and implement the best approach to meet the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people.
+ Be professionally accountable and responsible for the direct care of children and young people, including assessment and provision of time-limited therapeutic interventions, in schools, family homes and community settings.
