Full Job Description
To develop new innovative provision with employers and the job centre that meets emerging employer need., To develop the Employability and Short Skills course offer outside the GLA informed by local and national skills priorities.
To build and maintain relationships with partner organisations, including sourcing new partners and nurturing relationships with existing partners outside the GLA.
To undertake outreach research and collaborate with external partners to develop innovative courses in line with the college's strategic plan working closely with the Employability Relationship Manager.
Who You Are:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed manager to develop new courses outside the GLA with Experience of sourcing new partners and extensive experience of developing partnerships with employers and key stakeholders. Experience of developing innovative courses with employers and local job centres to meet emerging employer need. Along with the ability to develop and maintain links internally with other curriculum areas and externally with the job centre and employers
