Full Job Description

The role of our Tutors here at NET are fundamental to everything we do. They provide ongoing support to all our learners ensuring the very best outcomes. The successful candidate will join an established team of tutors covering classroom delivery. The tutors are responsible for ensuring that learners learn and that the sessions remain interactive and meet the awarding body requirements. They ensure that learners receive timely feedback to help them progress into outcomes. They provide pastoral support and wrap around support. We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the National Employer Training (NET) in the role of Employability and Skills Tutor. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!, A level 3 teaching qualification Assessors qualification (desirable) Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 3 qualifications Sector knowledge in any of the following: Customer Service, Care, Digital, Construction, Security, math or English Excellent communication skills Experience of working with unemployed learners and JCP Demonstratable experience of working on employer lead programmes
