Full Job Description

The role of our Tutors here at NET are fundamental to everything we do. They provide ongoing support to all our learners ensuring the very best outcomes. The successful candidate will join an established team of tutors covering classroom delivery. The tutors are responsible for ensuring that learners learn and that the sessions remain interactive and meet the awarding body requirements. They ensure that learners receive timely feedback to help them progress into outcomes. They provide pastoral support and wrap around support. As a security expert you will deliver training that meets the SIA requirements and ensures that our learners gain the required licenses ready for work. We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the National Employer Training (NET) in the role of Employability and Skills Tutor. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!, The successful candidate will need to have knowledge of customer service, digital skills and excellent communication skills. You will need to demonstrate experience of working on employer lead programmes, and have experience of working with unemployed learners and JCP. The suitable candidate will need to have: A level 3 teaching qualification Assessors' qualification (desirable) In date Door Supervisors badge and experience teaching this sector Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 3 qualifications
