Full Job Description

Playing a key role in developing and delivering our employee experience strategy, this role leads on employee engagement programmes, internal communications and helping to foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring the organisation is recognised as an employer of choice. In addition to this you will support the HR Business Partner in providing comprehensive, and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Responsibilities Employee Experience Tasks

  • Assist the development and delivery of comprehensive employee related strategies that align with the company mission, vision, values, and culture.
  • Develop approaches to positively impact employee engagement from the point of onboarding, and throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Track employee engagement proactively using analytical tools in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance employee communications campaigns and inspire, motivate and enable high performance across the company.
  • Utilise metrics and feedback to continuously improve employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Using data and insights to create compelling and creative communications, craft messages, and develop content to engage and inform office, field based and remote employees across various channels.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to align employee communications with business and employee strategies.
  • Partner with multiple departments to identify communication needs, develop campaigns, build content and help drive initiatives that enhance talent attraction, employee engagement and retention.
  • Stay informed about trends and themes to identify opportunities that enhance our internal and external brand reputation.
  • Manage various projects that will improve the employee experience.
  • HR Tasks
  • Coaching, supporting, and advising managers on employee relation matters, using a commercial and pragmatic approach, in line with company policy and legal frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with stakeholders and employees across the business.
  • Provide monthly insights and data for the HR Director, Executive board and other stakeholders as required.
  • Proactively contributes to the selection and effective implementation of new systems and procedures, ensuring company processes are adhered to and high standards of service are maintained.
  • Undertakes ad hoc projects and any other work reasonably requested by the HR Director and/or HR Business Partner.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently and within set deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification, studying toward the qualification or relevant experience.
