You will have experience of successfully managing a wide variety of casework and experience of applying HR practice and policy in a large, complex organisation. A hands-on role taking ownership of the range of cases you might expect, including but not limited to attendance management and health, grievance, discipline and performance management. Of course, you will have built in resilience but of equal importance you will need to be comfortable liaising with our senior managers and be adept at influencing and coaching and quickly establishing well-earned credibility., Disability Confident
