Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an ER Advisor to join our Workforce & OD team and play a key role in shaping how we deliver outstanding ER services. You will work as part of a wider Workforce & OD team of HR Business Partners, Workforce, and Transactional team., You will be reporting to the ER Lead providing a full range of comprehensive, professional ER advice and solutions within a nominated directorate and or service across the trust. You will also act as a central specialist resource supporting all ER activity, including disciplinaries, performance management, grievances, dignity at work, mediation, sickness absence, appeals, flexible working, and any other associated ER activity. You will build and maintain credible and productive relationships by working closely with divisional, service and department leads, employees, staff side representatives, and external providers, including occupational health, to deliver relevant and timely services.

If so, this role at Moorfield's could be the role for you!, You will be a good communicator and have a proactive and collaborative approach with enthusiasm to champion the ER service and its delivery to our stakeholders. You will need to have some resilience and be able to have some ambiguity. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills and be able to handle a medium to large caseload and juggle conflicting priorities. The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week 9am -5pm which will include remote working. To be successful in the role you will be a driven individual with an up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice. You will be a confident influencer, adept at managing multiple priorities and will be CIPD Graduate or equivalent.
