Employee Relations Advisor

We are currently seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our Commercial HR team. As the successful candidate, you'll provide crucial support and guidance to line managers on employee relations matters. In this role, you'll utilise your analytical skills and emotional intelligence to provide advice and practical solutions. You'll be responsible for a range of ER activities, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and capability issues. Your oversight of absence management will be crucial in monitoring and addressing attendance. You'll work closely with managers to develop their capability in handling ER matters, encouraging early and informal resolution of problems. Your commercial awareness will be essential in making balanced decisions that benefit both employees and the business. • Previous Employee Relations Advisory experience and have a CIPD level 5 qualification, ideally within a HR Shared Services or HR Helpdesk environment
• Experience of working to tight and varied deadlines in a pressured environment requiring real time customer support
• Strong time management and efficient working practices with the ability to work off own initiative with minimal support with the ability to self motivate
