Are you a dedicated Employee Relations professional looking for your next assignment? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing specialist guidance to managers? If so, we want you to join us in an exciting opportunity as a fixed term ER Consultant at evoke in Leeds! As part of a high-performing team, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our line managers through a wide range of ER issues, from day-to-day queries to multi-layered cases. Your experience will help us maintain a positive workplace while ensuring legal compliance and company protection. In return, you'll play a key role in managing a high caseload and developing a deep understanding of our ER landscape. What you will be doing

  • Managing high volume ER caseloads and keeping accurate records.
  • Providing first line assistance to line managers on ER issues.
  • Resolving complex issues in a practical and commercial manner.
  • Identifying higher risk cases and flagging them to your manager in a timely manner.
  • Using performance management metrics to spot trends and present data.
  • Communicating in a clear and concise way and building relationships with managers.
  • Working in a team and helping create a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Complete housekeeping audits to ensure system is maintained.
