Full Job Description

The ER Manager is a key role within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Field (EXR) organization, reporting to the UK & IE EXR leader. The primary focus is to drive ER operational excellence, goals, strategy, and addressing the labor relations needs of multiple operational business lines, from the warehouse to package delivery. The ER Manager is a strategic partner and escalation point for Ops, Human Resources and other key in-country stakeholders. The role is responsible for the execution of the country-specific strategy as well as the development and implementation of actions to address country labour relations challenges throughout the logistics supply chain.

  • Experience in employee relations, labor relations, labor/employment law Successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. Proven track record in crisis management and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication, influencing and networking skills. Experience analyzing and using metrics to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements in the employee experience Demonstrated experience producing executive level written materials and presenting before executive audiences Skilled in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint; curious about new learning technologies. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time., Master's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or related field. Experience in an employee and labor relations strategic role with a focus on pan-EU coverage. Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead and manage complex labour relations initiatives in a multinational environment. Experience supporting large hourly workforces highly desired Sound knowledge of EU labor laws and regulations, including UK labor relations practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. High flexibility combined with excellent social and organizational skills. Resourcefulness and optimization in handling complex and ambiguous situations. Strong team player with fast comprehension and high judgment abilities. Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
