Employee Relations Specialist

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide consultancy services on the rights and obligations of employers and employees, contribute to the development of robust employment policies, and coach managers on country-specific Employee Relations policies. This is your chance to play a central role in powering our global enterprise and help us fulfill our ambitions., As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide advice and consultancy services against a broad portfolio of employment cases. You will own case resolution, considering risks (legal, financial, and reputational) and developing appropriate approaches for resolution. You will collaborate with Legal Counsel and third parties to reach closure on cases. You will also develop relationships with senior management and other specialists to provide employment relations advice. Additionally, you will assist in the development of legally robust employment policies and processes, facilitate training programs, review employment relations policies, ensure changes are communicated appropriately, and mentor junior staff.
