Our award-winning Employer Brand team is responsible for leading the consistent design and delivery of recruitment campaigns to help inform and attract the best and most diverse talent into our growing business. The opportunity This is a hands-on role reporting to the Deputy Employer Brand Lead, leading on digital and social activities which will support our talent attraction strategy across both Student and Experienced Hire. We're looking for a digital and social media enthusiast who's passionate about the power of storytelling and the latest digital marketing/employer brand trends. You'll be empowered to partner with key stakeholders in the business to ideate, plan and influence compelling content that will help us accurately position life at EY and meet hiring targets across all business areas. Your key responsibilities

  • Driving innovation and creativity through digital and social media, being an active voice and subject matter expert for the team and sharing best practices on audience mindset, key messaging, and trends.
  • Building on our channel strategy - ensuring compelling content appears on the right channel, at the right time.
  • Developing robust dashboards for timely reporting and measurement, using data-driven insights to influence and improve campaign performance.
  • Co-leading our internal employee advocacy programme, developing materials, delivering training sessions, assessing tech platforms, and reporting.
  • Working closely with our media agency, holistically reviewing content, channels, and inventory regularly, optimising content where required.
  • Proactively scanning the market to understand the latest trends and initiatives, bringing knowledge back into the team.
  • Being a brand guardian, ensuring content is aligned to EY's visual identity and employee value proposition and content is inclusive.
  • Working closely with colleagues to create a positive learning culture and coach junior team members, including our social media associate who is responsible for the daily running of our social channels.

    Project management skills - ability to plan and manage your time effectively. You will have experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously and high volumes, at pace.
  • Communication skills - you will have strong communication skills to confidently present and deliver training effectively to wider stakeholders and the business.
  • Relationship building skills - ability to build productive relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will be an active listener - but be able to express your opinion and influence when required.
  • Commercial awareness - you will have knowledge of the modern media landscape and the strengths and weakness of different channel approaches.
  • Technical mindset - you will interrogate key EY recruitment systems to understand functionality, candidate journeys and technical challenges in order to find solutions to connect end-to-end candidate pathways, enabling better reporting.
  • Resilience - you will be able to work under pressure in a complex business, to respond to change and to lead others through change.
  • Data driven - you will be able to analyse data and insights from digital and social platforms and present key findings to feed into the wider strategy.
  • To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Previous experience working in employer brand, or digital marketing.
  • Advanced social media insight - organic and paid, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • The ability to write engaging copy for social channels.
  • Ideally, you'll also have
  • Previous experience of working in a professional services environment and within a global, matrix setting.
  • A good level of understanding of digital management platforms; content management, social media management, user generated content.
  • A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
