Full Job Description

We are committed to improving the graduate outcomes of students which is underpinned by the strategic direction of Careers and Employability and the wider institution.

We maintain and build strong employer relationships, aligning their recruitment needs with our services. By securing business representation for extra-curricular and work-based learning, we contribute to team targets. We manage employer accounts, support their campus branding, and develop initiatives to prepare students for work. We ensure the University's quality standards, attend specialist groups, and support Careers and Employability activities. We also collect and share business intelligence to enhance staff knowledge and make data-informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills), negotiation and inter personal skills with the ability to establish lasting, effective relationships with all stakeholders. They will have experience in a similar role in Higher Education, Marketing or commercial fields, with a strong knowledge of the graduate labour market. You will be well organised with a target driven mindset, adept at identifying new business opportunities and securing collaborations with employers.
