Full Job Description

As an Employer Engagement Specialist at Shaw Trust, your purpose is to forge meaningful connections with local employers, bridging the gap between participants and job opportunities. Your role is pivotal in building sustainable job pathways for individuals while fostering relationships with businesses.
Minimum of 5 GSCEs (A to C) or equivalent qualifications
Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
Proven experience of the recruitment or sales sector
Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases
