Due to continued success, we are looking to expand our first-class employer engagement team by appointing an Employer Partnership Consultant., Are you a natural business developer capable of prospecting and securing new business?

You will join our successful employer engagement team, building strong relationships with employers, finding new business, and providing exceptional levels of information, advice, and guidance. Ambitious and driven, you will deliver high levels of customer service and use your skills and experience to support the achievement of team targets.

The successful applicant:

Will be an experienced B2B business development/sales professional with a proven track record of achieving results/exceeding targets, developing new business, and account managing clients.

Research organisations and markets (predominantly across the North West and Yorkshire) to identify new and emerging leads/opportunities/partnerships for business growth.

Identify, develop and implement new sales strategies/initiatives and targeted sector promotional campaigns.

Organise / attend client meetings/pitches and create related promotional/sales materials and presentations for delivery to company decision makers.

Ascertain company need/tailor made training solutions via Training Needs Analyses and select the most appropriate training solutions to meet business/learner need.

Provide outstanding levels of information and advice regarding training solutions/related funding, (including wider training/commercial opportunities/Traineeships etc).

Account manage positive long-term customer relationships to maximise opportunities for repeat business.

Maximise work experience placement and progression opportunities (Traineeships /Apprenticeships) for learners.

Attend a range of employer facing events (eg Expos, exhibitions, networking events, etc) and develop / maintain close working relationships with local organisations., This role will be filled by an individual who is professional, motivated, and will seamlessly integrate into our first-class team.

    2PM Friday finish:

    · Dependent on diaries and activities, staff will be able to finish at 2pm every Friday to enable staff to start their weekend earlier and plan family events etc. In addition, (also dependent on diaries and activities) staff will be able to attend work in casual clothes each Friday (this is a non-contractual benefit).

    Volunteering:

    · Up to 2 days paid leave during 2022-23 to volunteer at a charity of your choice.
