Full Job Description

Are you passionate about helping individuals get back on their feet after a job loss? We're seeking an Employment Advisor (Rapid Response Support Manager) to provide intensive support to participants who have recently fallen out of employment. Your mission: to help them secure alternative work swiftly and effectively., + Participant Support: Reach out to employers, organize job clubs, and update CVs for participants.

+ Sales Focus with Compassion: This role combines sales acumen with a caring approach. Our participants are the priority, and you'll work diligently to find suitable and sustainable employment solutions.
+ Ethical and Target-Driven: We're looking for someone who embodies ethical practices and thrives on meeting targets.
+ Pressure-Ready: The ability to work well under pressure is essential.
+ Administrative Excellence: Strong administrative skills are a must.

Requirements:

+ Transportation: The successful candidate should have access to a vehicle or public transport and be able to drive. Fuel costs will be reimbursed from a base location.
+ Fast-Paced and Varied: This role involves travel and offers a dynamic work environment.
