Employment Advisor - Warrington

This a hybrid working role where your working hours will be split between home and office. As an EA you will work with a good degree of autonomy and will be expected to manage your own time and caseload. If you enjoy variety, believe in empowering others to achieve their own success and would like to be a part of something making a real difference, then this role is for you., You will work alongside therapists in delivering an integrated package of person-centred care for your clients. Your role will be varied and broad in nature. One day you might be completing a CV review, a mock interview and delivering assertiveness training. The next, you might be liaising with the Job Centre Plus, advocating on your client's behalf with their employer or heading out into the community to build relationships and raise awareness.

You will work in NHS Warrington Talking Therapies (WTT), Warrington's local Talking Therapies service. WTT is Warrington's primary source of support for addressing common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression.
