Full Job Description

Our Employment team handles a range of matters relating to discrimination, harassment, redundancy and unfair dismissal. We also support trade unions and their members, some of which are the largest in the UK with any needs they may have. With members of our team represented in the Legal 500, we provide world-class services to our clients, ensuring that their cases are well handled and ensuring we do the absolute best to ensure the optimum result. We are looking for a skilled individual who can take the lead on the management of new client enquiries coming through, you will support our fee earners with handling client matters, offering a high level of care, ensuring compliance with the National Practice Standards. The successful applicant will also be expected to manage financial aspects of matters, including time recording, billing and debtor management, enabling both their own personal fee budget, along with supporting the fee earners with theirs and providing legal and administrative support to fee earners on various client matters.
