Full Job Description

We have an excellent 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity for either an Associate or Paralegal to our friendly and high-performing Employment Team in either our Bristol or Bedwas offices. This is a brilliant development opportunity, where you will gain invaluable experience by managing your own caseload on behalf of both Claimants and Respondents. No two days are ever the same, and you can look forward to working within a department that boosts a wealth of experience, unrivalled support and opportunities to grow and develop which are actively encouraged. As well as acting for employees and employers during the litigation process, the Employment department also provide advisory HR services such as drafting contracts and policies, or providing a business with guidance and support to businesses through the complexity of employment law requirements. By giving you every opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally, we also pride ourselves on having an open, inclusive and high energy culture that places our customers at the very heart of everything we do.

We are really keen to hear from candidates with experience working within an Employment Law environment at either a Paralegal or Associate level. Ideally you will have previous experience running your own caseload, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively whilst demonstrating resilience and excellent client care skills.
