Are you highly organised, efficient and have recent recruitment experience?

Then we may have the ideal opportunity for you to join our busy Employment Services Team within the People department at LSCft.

As an effective communicator, you will provide an efficient administrative recruitment service, ensuring compliance with department procedures and safe recruitment processes. This role will involve carrying out a range of administrative tasks relating to recruitment, and the post holder will be responsible for managing the advertising and recruitment process from start to finish. The post holder will provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers and candidates on recruitment systems and undertaking the necessary pre-employment checks on all applicants recruited to the Trust.

We are looking for someone who is computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office Package and knowledge of Recruitment Management Systems, for example TRAC and NHS Jobs. Previous administrative work within the NHS would be desirable but not essential.

You will be working to deliver a high quality service, taking accountability for your work and sharing successes with your colleagues. You will be supported but equally we expect you to be confident and flexible to manage a large workload and support our services.

Customer service skills and attention to detail are paramount. A flexible working attitude is desired, along with the ability to work to ever changing demands and priorities. You will also provide supporter to the wider Employment Services Team as required during busy periods. The workload is varied; therefore, you must be able to prioritise your work with minimal supervision, as well as working as part of a team.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
