If you are looking for an exciting new challenge, we have a brilliant opportunity for you to make a difference by managing CCHA's empty property process.
This role is key to our commitment to deliver first class services to our residents. We are looking for an exceptional individual, who is passionate about delivering high quality services and driving a culture of excellent performance.

As Empty Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Association's empty property process, from the point of notice, through the repairs process and up to the point of letting. You will be instrumental in leading the delivery of the entire empty property management process, to ensure that a high quality and value for money service is delivered, which meets the needs and expectations of our residents and is aligned to the most up to date legislative and regulatory requirements. The key purpose of this role is to minimise void rent loss for CCHA, whilst ensuring an excellent customer journey experience.

You will be a dynamic, innovative and driven leader, with experience of designing and delivering high performing services, preferably working within a voids/maintenance environment.
