The Kent Enablement at Home service is one of the leaders in its field. With excellent work benefits and one of the most comprehensive training programmes we believe in investing in both our staff as well as the residents of Kent Enablement is all about taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing the long-term care needs. This would be though planned support with aspects of daily living including personal care, whilst working for and alongside a structured team to include the Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and various multi agency partners in KCC and health.

  • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to their own development, The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day (during shift hours). You should note that public transport is rarely a viable option as some rural areas of Kent often have limited public transport.
  • This role is subject to holding a Full UK Driving Licence - The Council is committed to making reasonable adjustments so whilst this job requires the jobholder to drive your application will still be considered if you are unable to drive due to a disability.
