Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position within Endoscopy at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. This specialty requires a proactive individual capable of taking responsibility for ensuring achievement of national waiting time targets and managing efficient booking processes across multiple sites in response to the needs of a diverse and critical patient group. Experience and knowledge in endoscopy bookings is essential including waiting list experience and knowledge of endoscopy procedures.

We would welcome applications from candidates who do not hold the Business Administration Level 3 who would be willing to undertake the apprenticeship once in post.
The post holder must have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their own workload and have a professional attitude. They must be capable of liaising professionally with patients, and with colleagues at all levels, including senior consultants and nurses from across the Trust.
