Endoscopy Nurse

Provide leadership and management for all of the theatre staff Develop strong relationships with existing heads of departments to aid efficiency. Assist the Endoscopy Lead in running the unit while ensuring compliance with all statutory and Ramsay Health Care UK quality standards and policies Assist with clinically based projects in the designed to improve patient experience Experience of JAG accreditation is preferable but not essential, As a key member of the Clinical Team, the Endoscopy Nurse support the Endoscopy Lead to the delivery of the strategic vision of the department. The successful candidate will have some experience of working within an endoscopy department and demonstrate skills that will enhance patient care and customer experience, whilst facilitating the best possible clinical outcomes.
