Full Job Description

We are recruiting for an Engagement & Content Coordinator to join the UK Marketing team to work with UK programme teams in achieving their participant recruitment and retention Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through providing support with high quality, targeted communications and engagement activities.

The Engagement & Content Coordinator will be part of a small but dynamic team, where everyone is expected to be collaborative, flexible and hands-on. The role holder will be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with a desire to provide high levels of customer service and support.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and be confident in working with multiple stakeholders, experience in using analysis tools and data analysis to make suggestions that drive increased content performance.

You will have:

Knowledge of creating connections between a brand and audiences that support customer acquisition strategies
Understanding of how to create impactful and engaging content that aligns with brand strategy and drives conversion activities
Understanding of content types that drive engagement, e.g. short and long form, and how this is optimised for SEO purposes
Knowledge of using relevant tools to monitor and evaluate the impact of activities, e.g. Google Analytics

Salary: £24,331 per annum
