Full Job Description

This role is part of the Global Private Banking & Wealth (GPB&W) Chief Operating Office (COO), providing GPB&W leadership with dedicated services. There will be a key focus on Employee engagement strategies - ultimately improving morale and engagement. This will be an ideal role someone who is passionate about employee & people engagement. In this role you will:

  • Drive organisational design and development.
  • Focus on workforce planning & management - both short term and long term.
  • Enhance communication - ongoing employee communications, newsletters, presentations, speeches, and social media content.
  • Play a key role in building towards a positive working culture within the GPB&W business
  • Have oversight of feedback system - providing snapshot surveys and direct feedback.
  • Other areas of focus will include; Learning & Development masterclasses, Talent Management, Risk Management (flag reputational risks or issues), and frequently collaborate with HR.

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Extensive experience in organisational design & workforce planning/management - essential
  • Vast experience in driving people/employee engagement initiatives - essential
  • A proven track record in developing and executing employee centred communications strategies - essential
  • Current or prior experience within Private Banking or Wealth - desirable
  • Other key skills - stakeholder management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for people engagement
