Engagement Volunteer

Are you passionate about history, culture, and community? Westminster Abbey is seeking enthusiastic and welcoming individuals to join our volunteer team in the Visitor Experience, Learning, and Engagement Departments. Engagement Volunteers welcome families and communities through tours and activities at weekends and during school holidays:

• Assisting with guided tours of the Abbey for families and community groups.
• After appropriate training, leading guided tours of the Abbey.
• Assisting with workshops and activities as part of the Community Engagement programme.
• Attending training events 3 or 4 times a year.
  
  Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend one of two Recruitment Day's, which will be held on 14 and 23 November 2024. This will provide an opportunity to find out more about volunteering at Westminster Abbey and potentially best suited volunteer role. Any enquiries can be sent by email to:
