Engaging KS4 SEN Class Teacher - Specialist School in Wandsworth

We are looking for a motivated and engaging KS4 Class Teacher to join our specialist school in Wandsworth. About the Role: As a KS4 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to students with SEND, preparing them for exams and helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. You will be instrumental in ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of KS4 students with SEND.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and encourage independent learning.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure students receive the necessary interventions.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes self-confidence.
  
  QTS and experience teaching in a SEND context, ideally in a secondary school setting.
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for supporting students with SEND in reaching their full potential.
