Full Job Description

  • This position is responsible for developing new and improving existing solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies focusing primarily on Power Platform capabilities.
  • This role sits within our wider Chief Information Office (CIO) within the Colleague Engineering team.
  • You will be understanding business requirements to support with the design, implementation and service transition of solutions working in collaboration with our operational teams.
  • You will be troubleshooting complex problems, including preview and early adopter technologies, with a determination to understanding root cause.
  • There will be collaboration with wider teams to drive operational improvement and incident reduction to improve overall colleague experience.

    You will have prior experience with Microsoft Power Platform, with focus on Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents).
  • You will be familiar with working in an Agile / Sprint environment.
  • You will have an automation first mindset and have experience of using automation in solutions or to solve problems.
  • You will have excellent communication skills in this position as you will be collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in your day-to-day role.
  • You will be proficient with the designing and execution of test scenarios.
  • You will be able to learn and develop your skills independently using training resources made available to you.
