Full Job Description

  • Provide input, in the form of technical knowledge, advice and support across engineering and engineering supporting teams in all phases of the engineering lifecycle
  • Provide technical input to Life Cycle Management deliverables and Design Reviews
  • Support the development of Submarine systems through identifying the need for, developing, communicating and maintaining logical, physical and functional system architectures
  • Provide technical input, review and support into projects beyond immediate scope as an independent thereof
  • Guide and aid in the development of more junior engineers and staff from other disciplines, domains and functions
  • Operate programme/business specific toolsets to advance the above tasks

    Knowledge of the engineering lifecycle with experience of operating in the concept/design phase and awareness of the entire engineering lifecycle
  • STEM related degree or previous experience within the Automotive/Defence/Telecommunications/Nuclear environment
  • Worked on concept/designs or early proof of concept
