Full Job Description
AJS are looking for a well organised, methodical thinking person to join our team to support our Engineering functions within the business. The key duties of the role will include the following:
- Manage AJS fleet of vehicles effectively (Such as Booking MOT, Servicing and repairs) minimising operational downtime and cost
- Ensuring all legal checks and regular equipment inspections are carried out,
- Manage all company assets, including allocation, whereabouts and current condition
- Make Sure PPE and branded clothing is available and stock system kept accurate
- Arrange accommodation and transport for engineers both in the UK and Europe
- Procure items efficiently following requests and ensure the status of these orders are communicated
- Understanding of prioritisation and flexibility to meet multiple requests and demands
- Support with Site and office requirements when needed.
Good Organisational skills - Methodical thinking and approach to tasks
- Works well under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Has an attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
Salary of £25,000 - £27,000 - Hours are Monday to Friday - 40 Hours per week
- Located in Holbeach Lincolnshire
- Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business where required
- Private Health Care after 1 Years Service
