Engineering Graduate

We're recruiting for graduates to join our Engineering team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As an Engineering Graduate, you will have the opportunity to use your previous experiences and education to further develop your skills through contributing to the design and development of our cars. Please note this position is on-site 5 days a week at the McLaren Technology Centre, to best facilitate your learning and development during the scheme. The closing date for applications is Friday, 15th November 2024. Virtual first stage interviews will take place in early January 2025, with the second stage of the process being on-site assessment centres in late January/early February. What You'll Do You'll be assigned to several different departments throughout the two-year programme. Typical departments could include the following:

• Vehicle Development
• Design Engineering
• Project Management
• Propulsion
• Chassis & Vehicle Technology
• Body Engineering
• Electrical Systems & Controls
You will become fully integrated into each team and will work alongside experienced Engineers to support and deliver in-flight vehicle programmes. What You'll Bring We would be looking for you to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant Engineering degree. You must also bring a passion for cars, and a desire to work at the cutting edge of the automotive industry within our engineering business area. What We'll Do for You
