With a focus on Maths and Electrical/Electronic Engineering, you'll be shaping the future of students at Level 3 and above. If you're passionate about engineering and education, we want YOU to be part of our forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and Empower: Deliver dynamic engineering lessons to Level 1, 2, 3 full-time students and apprentices, helping them smash their success targets.

Shape Future Engineers: Lead T-Level Engineering courses for full-time students, guiding them to achieve outstanding results and exceed expectations.

Elevate Higher-Level Learning: Teach Level 4/5 part-time students with precision, helping them hit their success targets while adapting to their unique learning needs.

Monitor & Motivate: Regularly track attendance and progress, stepping in when needed to keep learners on track and achieving their goals.

Personalized Support: Carry out diagnostic assessments, craft individualized learning plans (ILPs), and deliver tailored strategies to ensure every student hits their learning milestones.

Create Impactful Assessments: Develop and deliver engaging assignment and assessment materials, customized for each program to inspire deep learning and academic success.

Teaching qualification, e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLs, or a firm commitment to achieve a Diploma in Education and Training (DET)

Relevant Vocational Qualification at Level 4 (Mechanical Engineering) (e.g. NVQ Level 4/Level 4 Work-based Diploma, HNC)

Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1, TAQA, CAVA)

Skills and Expertise

Experience of teaching Computer Aided Design up to Level 3 (AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor)

Strong occupational history and competence within the Engineering sector with extensive and in-depth knowledge
