Full Job Description
- You will oversee the day to day management of the Project Engineering team
- Lead and coach the development and management of the Project Engineering team on site
- Work closely with specialist engineers to ensure that their needs are incorporated and maintained within the Engineering tooling and infrastructure
- Work closely with other Engineering Leads to ensure that their needs are addressed in solutions that are implementable and supportable
- Monitor relevant technical developments, such as model authoring tools and information management
You will need to have experience of the Engineering lifecycle - Previous leadership experience will be required
- You will need to have good Systems Engineering experience
- Good knowledge of the application of modern Systems Engineering methods to large scale system development, including to a variety of system types Desirable
- Previous experience within the use and application of Model Based Systems Engineering
