- Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Technical Expertise: Provide engineering solutions to complex problems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to ensure project alignment and success.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
