Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Reporting Assistant to join our incredible Engineering team in Nottingham. You'll play a key role in connecting our manufacturing sites, driving efficiency through engineering KPI reporting, and ensuring smooth operations across the business. From downtime and spending to project progress and compliance, you'll be at the heart of our central engineering team, collaborating with stakeholders and preparing insightful reports.   • Building strong relationships with the engineering teams to gather data and information to be shared across the group
  • Create weekly, monthly and quartile reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the engineering team
  • Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments, facilitating clear and effective communication
  • Create, Maintain and organise engineering documents, including procedures, specifications, and reports, ensuring they are
  • up-to-date and accessible
  • Ensuring engineering practices are compliant with company policies and industry regulation
  • Gather financial data from manufacturing sites to track spend vs budget

  • Competent and Efficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Experience within a fast-paced industry or environment.
  • Understanding of KPIs relating to manufacturing.
  • Previous experience using CMMS (Desirable)
  • Experience working within engineering (Desirable)
