Learn more at www.adm.com The role provides electrical and mechanical engineering services across the entire Pack Hall site (predominantly electrical). The position is an integral part of the maintenance team and will involve performing reactive, planned and predictive maintenance tasks, with a continuous improvement mindset. Your Responsibilities

  • To maintain company housekeeping standards.
  • To liaise with the production management team to achieve production targets.
  • To carry out fault-finding and repair on packing machinery and process plant.
  • To carry out general maintenance on processing and packing machinery.
  • Repairing and installing a wide range of mechanical equipment using precision maintenance techniques.
  • To operate within Company Health and Safety policies.
  • Continuous improvement of equipment and participating in equipment health discussions.
  • Using the CMMS system to raise and update work orders.
  • Experience using PLC and pneumatic systems an advantage.
  • Participate in the creation risk assessment and method statements for maintenance tasks.
  • Understanding of maintenance metrics.
  • Support organisational goals.
  • Mentor and coach colleges where needed.
  • Your Profile
  • Time served as an Electrical / Mechanical maintenance apprentice.
  • Educated to C&G, NVQ, ONC or HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Multi-skilled engineer, with preferably a strong foundation in electrical engineering.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance and/or automated production environment (ideally packaging) .
  • CMMS experience/knowledge is preferred.
  • Working at heights and in confined spaces will be required.
