Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Technician to join us at Honeywell, in Redditch, where you will be responsible for overseeing the strip, inspection, assembly and testing of complex assemblies, reading technical drawings and test specifications and understanding the requirements and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in everything you do.

Our normal working hours (total 37 hours per week) are:
Mon to Thu 8.00 till 17.00 (with a paid morning break and 45-minute Lunch break)
Fri 8.00 till 12.00

Key requirements:
Assemble, test and/or inspect components, or products in accordance with drawings or other specification requirements. Work effectively as an individual or as a team member to achieve the required quality, delivery and cost performance necessary to enable the business to satisfy customer orders. On completion of the product testing, assist the team to determine the success of the test. If testing has failed, your role would include being able to aid in the diagnosis of failure modes, potentially related to the test equipment or the product, and identify next steps.
