English and Maths Manager

As our new English and Maths Manager, you'll provide direction and guidance to English and Maths Teachers based across our curriculum departments. You will support the development of an exceptional and innovative curriculum, encompassing both classroom-based study programme sessions for GCSE resit students and apprentices studying Maths and English within the College. This key role will lead on whole college CPD to develop an internal community of exceptional English & Maths practitioners and your dedication will be instrumental in establishing a strong regional and national reputation for the College's high-quality, innovative, and impactful English and Maths curriculum. This will involve working closely with Heads of Department to support them to effectively implement the college GCSE delivery model, monitoring the effectiveness and impact of delivery.
