We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, innovative Teacher of English/PSHE to join our Branas school in Corwen, Denbighshire.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well motivated and talented teacher to join our school, working with students with complex behaviours and special educational needs. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about their subject and who strives to bring out the best in every student.,

• Qualified teacher status, recognised by the DfE - NQTs and primary trained colleagues will be considered.
• The ability, confidence and willingness to work proactively alongside another experienced colleague to develop and lead English as well as a second subject.
• A creative and flexible approach to engaging proactively and effectively to reach students.
• A commitment to working with students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
  
  Branas School supports young people aged 11-18 who have suffered sexual trauma hindering them from realising their true potential. Through personalised support, we help them achieve their goals and overcome their 'moderate' learning difficulties. Our vision is that students will not only be supported academically but be supported to develop self-esteem, confidence, respect and consideration for others, to enable them to become effective and contributing citizens within the community.
