- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aimed at improving learner progression.
- Collaborate with vocational departments to integrate English language skills into broader subject areas.
- Track and record student progress, attendance, and engagement using digital platforms.
- Work towards achieving high retention and qualification success rates.
- Engage with learners' guardians regarding progress, both via email and during scheduled meetings.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes wellbeing and adheres to safeguarding protocols.

LT Selection is seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Tutor for an exciting opportunity with a leading organisation in the education and training sector., Experience teaching English to Further Education (FE) learners. - Ability to embed English language skills in practical, vocational contexts.
- Highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach to classroom management.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent; a degree or relevant qualification in English is required.
- A Level 5 teaching qualification is preferred but not essential for candidates with substantial experience., tutoring, teaching, pgce, english
