Enhanced Access is the provision of predominantly GP and Nurse appointments between the hours of 6.30 - 8.00 pm Monday to Friday and from 9.00 - 17.00 on a Saturday.

This role would be ideal for some-one already working in General Practice who has knowledge of the EMIS clinical system and is looking for the next step in their career.

There will be some requirement to support evening clinics and work occasional Saturdays to cover annual leave., You will be responsible for the on-going monitoring of our Enhanced Access service in terms of ensuring that rotas are created within EMIS, that all shifts are staffed and that appointments are appropriately utilised.

You will be the first point of contact for our member practices and the clinical staff for any queries relating to the service.

You will support the Clinical Leadership and Development Manager to produce information relating to appointment usage/service delivery that will support service development moving forwards.

You will need to be organised and have an ability to manage conflicting priorities.

We are a large Primary Care Network (PCN) incorporating 16 GP practices across the Nuneaton and Bedworth locality.

We have a workforce of more than 50 staff incorporating Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, Mental Health Practitioners, Physician Associates, Care Coordinators and Nurse Associates, amongst others.
