The LNWH Trust is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Enhanced Observation team at Ealing Hospital and Northwick Park Hospital. As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients with mental health conditions receive the highest standard of care possible. And with a wide range of courses and training opportunities available, we're committed to helping you grow and succeed in your career., The post holder will assist in the provision of day to day care for patients requiring one to one supervision and for patients who have mental health needs. You will ensure that the healthcare support workers in the EOT are performing at their optimum level and the team is delivering a responsive, high quality and patient friendly service.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a relevant nursing qualification, as well as strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach. Above all, you should have a positive attitude, be naturally caring and compassionate, and be committed to providing high-quality care that is evidence-based and values-driven.

    This is a 24/7 service, and you'll work a variety of shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays, and nights.
