This role offers an exciting opportunity to triage referralsand collaborate with ENT Consultants to deliver exceptional, patient-centredcare in a community setting. By joining HealthHarmonie, you'll play a key role inreducing patient waiting times while contributing to a more efficient andaccessible healthcare system. Predominantly based in the Midlands and South West, with opportunities as we expand services nationally. Main duties of the job

• Assess and prioritise patient referrals to optimise care delivery.
• Provide clinical support during consultations, including diagnostics and patient management.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical governance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care., Triage referrals to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.
• Work alongside ENT Consultants to assess and manage a range of ENT conditions.
• Support the delivery of consultant-led, community-based outpatient services.
• Help improve patient pathways and reduce waiting times.
