Nexis Solutions are recruiting for a driven Enterprise Account Manager to manage key accounts across the UK and Middle East. You will drive revenue growth through a combination of renewals, upselling and cross-selling of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global business by positioning cutting-edge, first-to-market AI-powered solutions alongside our market-leading research products. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term client relationships and maximizing the value of LexisNexis products.
  • Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives across the client and partner base, especially for new AI and Data products.
  • Ensuring clients and partners unlock maximum value throughout their lifecycle by providing continuous support and engagement.
  • Leveraging market knowledge and insights to inform decision-making, provide marketing with feedback on content and messaging, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Developing account development plans for high growth accounts, leveraging Segment, Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales and executive leadership collaboration to execute effectively.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to align strategies, co-develop go-to-market initiatives, and provide insights for campaigns and materials.

    Have experience in Enterprise Account Management with an understanding of enterprise-level business needs and dynamics.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
  • Have experience in presentations, negotiations, and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Possess excellent collaboration experience with marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign execution, and lead generation efforts.
  • Be familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, alongside proficiency in Microsoft office, LI Sales Navigator and other sales intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of SaaS or DaaS offerings, with the ability to explain technical products clearly to clients and partners.
  • Have an ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and client success.
