Full Job Description

Engage with and maintain key relationships with a critical client working to become fully embedded in their culture and strategic vision
Become a trusted advisor as part of their leadership team
Develop the roadmap for both service delivery and technical direction
Ensure that the EKCO service evolves to keep pace with the client's requirements

We are looking for an senior client relationship manager or an IT leader or director that is capable of being a strategic influencer within a large or complex organisation. This role is based in our Milton Keynes office.

There are a variety of elements that make up the role, you will need an advanced technical ability or understanding alongside proven experience partnering with C level executive stakeholders. Although an EKCO person, you will be fully embedded into the culture and operations of the client organisation.

You will need to provide industry best practice advice and guidance as well as being able to translate information between our various technology teams and your client. You will be responsible for owning the service being provided as well as defining the strategic roadmap. You will be fully embedded with what our client need from us as their managed service provider. You will take pride in building and developing this relationship to be best of breed.

Although primarily a Microsoft house, you will also be dealing with a variety of technology vendors, especially those focused on cloud services, you will also need to have familiarity and experience delivering IT services in the MSP environment.

The role is commercially focused, we believe that strong relationships will drive strong performance. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated candidate who has previous experience within a similar role and can demonstrate this experience. We expect candidates to have excellent attention to detail, to be eloquent, board level communicators who also see themselves as an active participant in the IT industry., You should be an executive level communicator and strategist. The sort of person who loves interaction with other people and that genuinely cares about relationship building. You should thrive on driving opportunity from your own hard work, insight and skill. You must enjoy being on the front line and be capable of developing and owning advanced relationships with your clients.

Proven experience in building and evolving advanced and complex client relationships
Proven experience in the IT services industry
Proven experience dealing with Microsoft technologies with a focus on 365 / Azure / CSP
Confidence and experience in a board level leadership or client facing role
Outstanding time management and autonomous self-motivation
Excellent attention to detail
Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present
The ability to understand and translate technical design into workable client proposals
