Full Job Description

As part of our dynamic Enterprise Customer Service Team you'll become a key player in delivering exceptional service to Onecom customers! You'll ensure each interaction is marked by professionalism and positivity, leaving a lasting impression. With our proactive, timely, and informative approach, you'll effortlessly balance the needs of both our customers and the business.,

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts.
  • Display a polite and professional manner at all times
  • Attend meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Create relationships at all points up to Director level.
  • Generate monthly bespoke reports.
  • Inspire confidence in customers as the 'go-to' contact for escalation.
  • Liaise with business customers in resolving problems and answering queries, working to a 'first resolution' target.
