Are you an IT Service Operator looking for a new role? If so, Dstl is recruiting for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Service Assurance Lead to be responsible for the day-to-day management and running of an Oracle system. You will be supported in looking after the service, escalating where necessary and providing incident resolution. Why Dstl Digital? - Report on and analyse service performance for the system.
- Support incident resolution and undertake analysis of service changes.
- Manage the day-to-day issues and escalations for the system.
- Be responsive to customer needs, challenging appropriately to maximise efficiency Safety at Dstl
- You must appreciate and be responsible for the health and safety of yourself and others;

- You will, follow safety guidelines, respecting and contributing to a strong Dstl safety culture., This role will require full UK security clearance and you should have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. For some roles Developed Vetting will also be required, in this case you should have resided in the UK for the past 10 years. Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of workplace and home-based working.? This is a non-contractual arrangement. - Annual leave: 25 days pro rata (rising to 30 after 5 years) plus 8 public holidays with the ability to buy/sell 5 additional days per annum.
