Full Job Description

The Lead Generation / Outreach Specialist is responsible for identifying potential customers and generating interest in the company's products or services. This role involves researching and targeting prospective clients, conducting outreach campaigns, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel to support the company's growth objectives., 1.Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets

  • Utilise various tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, CRM systems etc) to gather contact information and build prospect lists and work through the current database


  • 2.Outreach Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with potential clients via email, phone, social media and other channels

  • Manage and track outreach efforts, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system


  • 3.Lead Nurturing:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up communications.

  • Provide prospects with relevant information and resources.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads smoothly through the sales pipeline.


  • 4.Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on lead generation and customer acquisition.

  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not advantageous including call centre positions

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Preferred but not advantageous
